Valery Sokolov (violin)

Valery Sokolov – laureate of international competitions, violinist. Born in Kharkiv in 1986. He is playing violin at the age of 5.

In 2005, he became Grand Prix winner of the International Competition for them. George Enescu (Bucharest, Romania).

The violinist regularly tours with European, Asian and American symphony orchestras. Annually Valeriy Sokolov performs in concerts of symphony orchestras of St. Petersburg, Moscow and Kyiv Philharmonic. Each concert season Valery Sokolov performs at home, together with leading Ukrainian collectives.
